Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee to cover preparation costs.

• Securing necessary permits if required (unless agreed otherwise).

• Property damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., rotting trees, weak structures).

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
